Paul Henderson is the owner of Rhino Property Management, where he leads a team managing over 500 long-term rental properties and 45 vacation rentals. With 16 years of experience in the property management industry, Paul has built his business around operational excellence, scalable systems, and a strong focus on efficiency.

He is particularly passionate about improving labor efficiency to drive profitability, leveraging process optimization, technology, and team structure to maximize performance without sacrificing service quality. Paul’s hands-on leadership style and real-world experience give him a practical perspective on what actually works in day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, Paul is a father of four and stays busy supporting his kids in a wide range of activities including skiing, dance, tumbling, softball, piano, trumpet, and golf.
