As Client Success Manager at Allegiance Property Management, Sal oversees the experience of property owners and residents from onboarding through ongoing support. With a background in customer service, quality assurance, and operations, he brings a detail-oriented, process-driven approach to workflow design, SOP development, and team coordination.
