As President & CEO, Chris Mullinax has spent more than two decades helping shape CRM Properties into a trusted partner for property owners and tenants throughout Indiana. His strategic vision, commitment to technology, and focus on building a culture of growth, ownership, organization, teamwork, integrity, and proactiveness have positioned the company as a leader in the industry. Chris is also actively involved in the property management community, serving with industry organizations and advising property management companies across the country.

As Chief Operating Officer, Julie Mullinax has played a critical role in designing the systems, processes, and operational structure that support the company’s continued growth. With more than 12 years of hands-on experience, she is passionate about creating scalable operations, developing high-performing teams, and implementing processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Her expertise has helped CRM Properties successfully expand while maintaining a high standard of service.

Together, Chris and Julie combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, providing a unique perspective on building and scaling a successful property management business. Outside of work, Chris and Julie have been married for more than 30 years and are proud grandparents of two grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family, making memories with their beloved French Bulldog Bella, and embracing the relationships that make their personal and professional journey so rewarding.
