Lynne comes to property management from a diverse, 32 year legal career. With a start in civil litigation and then as a criminal prosecutor, Lynne has many jury trials in both state and federal court. 

As a city attorney, Lynne conducted numerous code enforcement and administrative hearings involving neighbor disputes, dog cases, tree cases, and nuisance behaviors. As a municipal transactional attorney Lynne was responsible for regulatory compliance, contracts, and general legal advice on a variety of topics.

This background has served well as an in-house corporate attorney responsible for licensing, contracts, regulatory interpretation and compliance, DRE investigation and audit response, and claims and litigation.
