Matthew Kammeyer is the Founder and CEO of Five Star Property Management, a premier real estate management firm based in Las Vegas. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Matthew has been involved in over $250 million in real estate transactions and currently oversees a portfolio exceeding $500 million in assets. As CEO, he leads a team of 20 professionals focused on operational and fiscal excellence. A Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, Matthew is also a CCIM and long-standing member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Known for his technology-driven approach and collaborative leadership style, he emphasizes trust, clear communication, continuous learning, and building strong teams and systems.

Joining him is Randy Hatada, Broker/Owner of Xpand Realty, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate. Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, Randy moved to Las Vegas to attend UNLV, where he earned a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. He became an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® in 2005 and has since served in numerous leadership roles at the local and state levels, including board positions, committees, and advisory groups. Randy was also recognized as a 40 Under 40 YPN Award recipient in 2015, 2016, and 2017, earning a place in the YPN Hall of Fame. His approach to real estate is grounded in strong personal values, client advocacy, and the importance of building lasting relationships.
