As the Founder and CEO of Five Star Property Management, a premier real estate management firm based in Las Vegas, Matthew has been involved in more than $250 million in real estate transactions and currently oversees a portfolio exceeding $500 million in assets.

As CEO, Matthew leads a team of 20 professionals with a focus on operational and fiscal excellence. A Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, he is also a CCIM and a long-standing member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Known for his technology-driven approach and collaborative leadership style, Matthew places a strong emphasis on trust, clear communication, continuous learning, and building strong teams and systems.
