Mike is an entrepreneur and co-founder of multiple companies, including Bridgestream Property Management, Omega Maintenance & Renovations, Fusion Home Buyers, and Fusion Real Estate Investing.
Under his leadership, Bridgestream has grown to manage more than 1,500 units in Dayton, Ohio, building from an initial 87-unit acquisition just a few years ago.

With experience in acquisitions, sales, strategic growth, vertical integration, and revenue development, Mike brings a practical business perspective to the property management industry.

His background in building and growing multiple companies will bring valuable insight to this year’s conference.
