Brian Birdy is a third-generation leader in property management and the driving force behind PMI Birdy Properties, a family-owned firm based in San Antonio, Texas. After serving 15 years in the U.S. Air Force, Brian transitioned into real estate in 2000, joining the company founded by his father in 1979. Under his leadership, PMI Birdy has grown to manage over 1,100 residential, 2,500 association, and 80 vacation properties, making it one of the most established and trusted management firms in South Texas.

Brian holds multiple prestigious industry designations, including Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) from NARPM®, as well as Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM®. He served as the National President of NARPM® in 2018 and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Missouri, and Washington. As a certified instructor, he teaches property management courses across several states and at national conferences.

Beyond real estate, Brian and his wife Karen are regional developers for Dill Dinkers, a fast-growing indoor pickleball franchise. Their passion for community and innovation extends from managing properties to creating recreational spaces that bring people together.
