Melissa Prandi, MPM®, RMP®, is the President and CEO of PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC®, a leading residential property management firm based in Marin County, California. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Melissa has been instrumental in pairing quality tenants with quality homes, earning her company the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation.

A past president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®), Melissa holds the elite Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designations. She is also a sought-after national speaker and author of two industry-related books: The Unofficial Guide to Managing Rental Property and The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Success as a Property Manager.

Beyond her professional achievements, Melissa is deeply committed to community service. She has served on numerous non-profit boards, including Hospice By the Bay, Fair Housing of Marin, and the Rotary Club of Mission San Rafael. In 2023, she received the City of San Rafael’s Public Service Award for her consistent selflessness and dedication to the community. Melissa is also the founder of the Melissa Prandi Children Foundation, which empowers impoverished communities in Uganda through educational opportunities, vocational training, and essential supplies.
