Kevin Patterson is the Founder and CEO of RentSource Corporation, a rapidly expanding property management firm operating across California and Texas. Since launching RentSource in 2014 with just 10 doors and a single employee, Kevin has grown the company to five locations managing over 1,000 doors with a dedicated team of 13 employees.

A licensed California broker, Kevin brings a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to the property management industry. He is also the President-Elect of the California State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and industry leadership.

Kevin is a frequent speaker at real estate and property management conferences, where he shares insights on scaling operations, building referral-based businesses, and leveraging technology for growth. His mission is to help property owners and investors view property management not just as a necessity, but as a strategic business advantage.​

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kevin is deeply involved in community service, contributing time and resources to various charitable foundations.
