Prior to entering the real estate world, Lacy spent years in the tech industry in Austin, TX, a background that continues to shape her tech-forward mindset. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital and Photographic Imaging from Texas State University, bringing a creative eye to everything she does.

Lacy’s career has been defined by her ability to connect disciplines, introduce new ideas, and drive meaningful change. She is passionate about using modern tools and practical solutions to elevate property management operations while advocating for effective policies through her work in governmental affairs.

Outside of her professional life, Lacy enjoys crocheting, photography, music, and calligraphy. She shares her life with her husband, Kyle Hendricks, and their two sons. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her at the beach, lake, or river — with a special love for the British Virgin Islands.
