Tony LeBlanc grew up living in an apartment building his mother managed on Canada’s East Coast – and developed his passion for property management watching her natural ability to inspire a sense of ownership and accountability.

Tony owns and manages Ground Floor Property Management, one of the largest property management companies on Canada’s East Coast – a business he built from the ground up. In addition, he has created numerous spin-off companies living and working with a ‘Doorpreneur Mindset’.
