Rodolfo Osorio is the Director of Operations at Allegiant Management Group, a residential property management company serving Central Florida. As the company’s second-in-command, he works alongside the broker/owner to execute the company’s operational strategy, leading operations across maintenance, leasing, process improvement, and remote team leadership for a portfolio of hundreds of single-family homes.
Working remotely from El Salvador, Rodolfo has helped demonstrate that executive leadership is defined by trust, communication, and execution, not physical location. He specializes in building scalable systems, developing high-performing remote teams, and creating operational processes that enable seamless collaboration between overseas professionals and local office staff.
