All participants will be provided with a water bottle and the four Program Partners Logos will be on this water bottle. They will use this water bottle throughout the event. Water stations will be in each room for them to fill up bottles.

Six representatives are invited to attend/participate on all four days ($6,600 value). Each additional person is discounted to $600.

Your logo will be featured on the website and the app.

Five 20-Minute presentations in your room.

You will be able to create a drink and game in your named room on Monday night for all participants to participate. All vendor rooms will be having a different drink and game cost in each room and you will be paired with a Gold Sponsor to participate in the event.

Bowling Night – Sponsor company will have a team of attendees. This is a great bonding event where you will dress your team with customized t-shirts from your company and compete together to win Bowling Bingo.

Your materials will be available for others to see throughout the week in your sponsored room.

You may decorate your room and have banners on display.

An attendee workshop room will be named after your company. You may decorate and bring any promotional items, snacks, and drinks to this room throughout the week.

Example: Instead of going to the blue room, It will be named (Program Partner company name) room.

One representative from your company needs to be present in your room during presentations, and before each presentation, you will have the opportunity to introduce the speaker and deliver a one-minute elevator pitch about your company.

You will get a list of updates every month, starting in September, of all attendees with emails.

You will have two lunches one on Tuesday or Wednesday and the second on Thursday where a small group of randomly assigned participants will eat lunch with you. Vendors will supply lunch.

One of the major activities will be named after your company. Examples of these activities include the Sunday Speakers Private Dinner, Tuesday Bowling Night, Wednesday Magic Show, and Thursday Happy Hour. Each Program Partner will have the opportunity to be associated with one of these activities. In some cases, one or two Program Partners may be recognized for the same event.

The four Program Partners will collaborate to ensure fair and balanced recognition when determining which activities will be associated with each sponsor.

On Sunday we have a private dinner for all speakers and Program Partners.
