Matthew Kammeyer is the Founder and CEO of Five Star Property Management, a premier real estate management firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Matthew has played a pivotal role in managing more than $250 million in real estate transactions and currently oversees a portfolio exceeding $500 million in assets. As CEO, he leads a high-performing team of 20 professionals, all focused on achieving operational and fiscal excellence.
Industry Experience & Credentials:
A native of Las Vegas, Matthew launched his real estate career in 1997 and began investing in property by 2000. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from UNLV. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a long-standing member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Matthew is known for embracing technology and innovation to streamline operations and enhance the client experience at Five Star.

Deeply connected to his community, Matthew sits on advisory boards both inside and outside the property management industry and is an active committee member at his local REALTOR® association. He regularly mentors students at UNLV and speaks to real estate classes about career paths and opportunities in the field.
Personal Life & Interests:
When he’s not working, Matthew enjoys attending Las Vegas Raiders and Vegas Golden Knights games, though his favorite events are his son’s competitive club baseball games. He’s also a classic car enthusiast and can often be found at Las Vegas area car shows and cruising the streets of Las Vegas in his Chevelle.
